Agreement
Last updated: 13 April 2026
By accessing or using EyeRevival, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Terms and Conditions where they apply to purchases, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance and scope
EyeRevival is operated by Swiftbee Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use apply to your use of the EyeRevival website, browser-based treatment-plan flow, under-eye guidance content, contact tools, newsletter signup, and related materials (together, the "Service").
If you use EyeRevival on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the Service.
2. What EyeRevival provides
EyeRevival is a treatment-planning and education service focused on the under-eye area. Depending on the version you use, the Service may include:
- an onboarding flow about your eye concerns, habits, and routine;
- suggested morning and evening treatment steps;
- product recommendations and practical routine guidance;
- educational articles about dark circles, puffiness, dryness, and texture;
- browser camera or file-picker flows for selecting or uploading an eye-area image, depending on the feature you use;
- contact and newsletter signup features.
EyeRevival is built to help users form clearer skincare routines. It is not a promise of guaranteed cosmetic or health results.
3. Not medical advice
EyeRevival provides general educational and wellness-oriented guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist, dermatologist, ophthalmologist, or other qualified clinician.
If you have persistent irritation, swelling, allergic reaction, pain, sudden changes in vision, or any other health concern, seek advice from a qualified professional promptly.
You remain responsible for deciding whether any routine, product, or habit is appropriate for you.
4. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide honest information when answering onboarding questions or contacting us.
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply EyeRevival guidance, including patch testing products where appropriate, checking ingredient suitability, and taking account of allergies, sensitivity, pregnancy, or medical advice you have already received.
5. Your inputs and device-side features
Your onboarding answers, completion status, language choice, and rating may be stored locally in your browser so the site can remember your progress. Depending on the feature you use, image selections may either stay on your device or be uploaded to your account so EyeRevival can provide personalized analysis, recommendations, and related service features.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit through EyeRevival, including messages sent through the contact form, is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use EyeRevival to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights, or misuse the Service;
- send abusive, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content through our forms;
- probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website or infrastructure;
- introduce malware, harmful code, or content intended to damage systems;
- misrepresent the Service as personalised medical advice or a clinical diagnosis;
- use automated means to overload, attack, or harvest data from the Service.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe misuse, abuse, or security risk is taking place.
7. Intellectual property
EyeRevival, including its branding, site design, editorial content, wording, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Swiftbee Ltd and protected by intellectual property law.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative commercial works from the Service except where the law allows or we give written permission.
You retain ownership of the information you send to us through support forms or newsletter signup fields, but you grant us the rights reasonably required to receive, store, and process that information to operate the Service.
8. Third-party services and links
EyeRevival may link to or rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, email delivery, or website operations. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, or claims you access outside EyeRevival.
9. Paid features
If EyeRevival offers paid plans, digital guides, or additional features, pricing and any extra purchase terms shown at checkout will apply alongside these Terms of Use and our separate Terms and Conditions. Unless required by law, fees paid for digital services may be non-refundable once access begins.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the Service at any time. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will apply once posted on this page, with the revised date shown above.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swiftbee Ltd excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Service.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
If we are liable to you, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim, or GBP 50 if you used the Service for free, unless the law requires otherwise.
12. General terms
If any part of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, the rest will continue in force. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms of Use or the Service.
